• i cannot fucking belieeeeeeve it took me 23 whole chapters into this vmmorpg manga to realize that vmmorpg would be a perfect setting/au for p5/phantom thieves shenanigans
• only sense online is basically just watching a cute boy in a cute girl avatar figure out a series of crafting systems in an virtual mmorpg, and it's?? surprisingly quality.
  
  • the zen factor characteristic of this minigenre is high
  • the fanservice is present but not distracting or particularly wince-worthy
    
    • and sexy armor is definitely There but surprisingly not constant. there are swamping robes just as often as there are battle bikinis, and a lot of things in between
  • the mc is allowed to make progress and is pretty fun to watch make progress
  • & is also adorable
    
    • scared of bugs and ghosts and loves animals to the point where he earns the nickname 'pet mommy' and has 'bad business sense' because he refuses to rip anyone off...
  • even outside the mc, the other characters are pretty fun too.
  • it's kind of a niche minigenre, but it's honestly one of the highest quality manga i've found for it
• there's this one prompter on the ffxv kink meme with an incredibly distinctive set of likes/tastes and like... i'd love to read/write them if only we didn't have radically different tastes in ships/brotps, but alas
• i've escaped the nonstop cuddling inspo!
• it has been replaced with the ml akirann au inspo in the form of wouldn't it be funny if... and i love it
• sadly, self-motivation is still nowhere to be found
• a spider fell on me as i was typing this :(
• at some point today i need to do laundry :<
