community recs?

the problem with trying to look for communities of my interests is that i have ZERO FAITH that they won't be toxic shitholes. i was on tumblr for 5 years, be gentle with me.

does anyone have community/user recs? fandom blogging, meta, fic, general writing shenanigans, stuff like that? i'm down for pretty much any fandom so long as the community is a positive/chill/preferably pro-kink kind of place.
